• The screenshots, screen recordings, copywriting, trademarks, logos, and material pictures that you upload, export, or submit for review must be owned by you or have been legally authorized.
• If the screenshot contains third-party brands, portraits, paid galleries, copyrighted illustrations or UI assets, you need to confirm whether the scope of use covers store promotion and public display.
• Store Screenshot Studio is responsible for providing production and export tools. It does not obtain third-party authorization for you, nor does it judge for you whether a certain material can be publicly used for commercial use.

• The service is provided as currently available, and does not promise that it will never be interrupted, nor does it promise to meet the automated workflow of every project.
• You still need to confirm whether the final exported content complies with the laws and platform policies of the App Store, Google Play, or your region.
• Even if the tool successfully exports images, it does not mean that the store review will definitely pass; you are still responsible for the store review rules, copywriting compliance, copyright ownership, and publicity commitments.

Only if you actively submit Showcase materials and explicitly agree to the public display authorization, the relevant materials will enter the review process for public display and publicity use.

• You retain ownership of your Submissions.
• Once you turn on public display consent during the Showcase submission process and the content is reviewed and approved, you grant 1022 Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, review, display and publicly use the content in approved product or marketing pages.
• If you do not submit a Showcase, or do not enable public display consent, these materials will not automatically enter the public promotion slot due to ordinary export or ordinary Support tickets.
