Last updated April 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how 1022 Studio collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Store Screenshot Studio.
1. Who controls this service
Store Screenshot Studio is operated by 1022 Studio. This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS app, the website, account pages, support operations, and admin review tools under the Store Screenshot Studio service.
If this policy conflicts with mandatory local law, mandatory law controls only for that specific point and the rest of this policy remains in effect.
2. Information we collect
- Account identity data: email address, display name, provider account identifier, and selected sign-in provider (for example Google or GitHub).
- Account and entitlement data: internal user UUID, membership plan, subscription status, reward status, invite and redemption records, and export-policy state.
- Billing data: subscription product identifiers, billing status, renewal or expiration dates, cancellation state, transaction references, and payment-webhook results from our payment partner Creem. We do not store full card numbers.
- Support data: ticket subjects, messages, timestamps, sender type, and any files or screenshots you submit for issue diagnosis.
- Showcase data: uploaded images/videos, optional notes, software feedback text, consent settings, moderation outcomes, and reward issuance records.
- Technical and security data: IP address, user agent, request metadata, app/web version context, and abuse-prevention logs.
3. Why we use your data
- Authenticate you and keep one account state across app and website.
- Provide subscription entitlements, free-tier limits, rewards, and invite-code redemption.
- Run support workflows, including ticket threading and admin replies.
- Review Showcase submissions, issue rewards, and run featured-content operations.
- Prevent abuse, investigate incidents, enforce policy, and maintain service security.
- Comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
4. How data is shared
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run the product and only to the extent required for their role.
- Cloud infrastructure and data services used to run API, database, and storage operations.
- Authentication providers used for sign-in (for example Google and GitHub).
- Payment and subscription infrastructure (including Creem) used to process billing events.
- Law-enforcement or regulatory parties only when legally required.
5. Showcase submissions and public display
When you submit assets to the Showcase flow, we process them for moderation, quality review, and potential featuring. If public-use consent is enabled, approved materials may appear in product, website, or promotional surfaces with attribution rules defined in our internal review workflow.
6. Retention
- Account and entitlement records are retained while your account is active and as needed for legitimate operational continuity.
- Billing and transaction records are retained for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance periods.
- Support and moderation records may be retained to preserve conversation history, safety review context, and auditability.
- If you request deletion, we remove or anonymize data where feasible, except where retention is required for legal or security reasons.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data, including access controls, operational logging, and restricted admin workflows. No system is perfectly secure, and you should protect your own account credentials and device access.
8. International processing
Your data may be processed in regions where our infrastructure or providers operate. We apply contractual and operational controls appropriate to the service model.
9. Your choices and rights
- You can request access, correction, or deletion by opening a support ticket from your account.
- You can request account and billing-assistance review through support.
- You may also contact us directly by email if ticket access is unavailable.
10. Children
The service is not intended for children under the minimum digital-consent age in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child provided data improperly, contact us and we will review removal options.
11. Policy updates
We may update this policy to reflect product, operational, or legal changes. Material updates are effective when posted with a revised date.
