Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Store Screenshot Studio services operated by 1022 Studio.

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms of Service govern your use of Store Screenshot Studio across the app, website, account features, support operations, and related APIs.

By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service operator

Store Screenshot Studio is provided by 1022 Studio. References to "we", "our", or "us" in these Terms mean 1022 Studio.

3. Eligibility and account responsibilities

  • You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You are responsible for your account, login method, and all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You must not share access in a way that violates plan or security constraints.

4. Plans, billing, and renewals

The service may include free and paid plans with usage or feature differences. Paid access can be billed monthly or yearly based on the selected plan.

  • Billing, renewals, taxes, and cancellation behavior follow checkout terms and active billing configuration.
  • If payment fails, paid entitlement may be suspended or ended until billing is resolved.
  • Refund handling follows applicable law and the billing terms shown at purchase time.

5. Invite codes, rewards, and redemption

  • Invite/reward/redemption codes may be issued by system rules or manual admin actions.
  • Codes may be single-use, time-limited, SKU-limited, and subject to anti-abuse controls.
  • Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, resold, or transferred for money.
  • We may revoke rewards or deny redemption when abuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected.

6. Support tickets and communications

  • Support workflows may include ticket creation, threaded replies, and manual status updates by admins.
  • You must not submit unlawful, abusive, threatening, or deceptive content in support requests.
  • Support channels are for operational and technical assistance, not emergency services.

7. Showcase submissions

  • You may upload images, videos, and related notes/feedback for review under published submission requirements.
  • You represent that you own or control all rights needed to submit the content.
  • You must not submit content that infringes IP, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
  • Review outcomes, acceptance, and reward decisions are made at our discretion according to program rules.

8. License for submitted content

You keep ownership of your submitted content. By submitting support or Showcase materials, you grant 1022 Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, review, and display the content as needed to operate support, moderation, quality review, reward operations, and approved promotional surfaces.

9. Acceptable use

  • Do not interfere with service integrity, security, or availability.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping abuse, credential attacks, or reverse engineering beyond what law allows.
  • Do not use the service to distribute malware, illegal content, or content that violates third-party rights.

10. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the Store Screenshot Studio product, including software, design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and service content (excluding your own submissions), are owned by 1022 Studio and protected by applicable law.

11. Suspension and termination

  • We may suspend or terminate access when these Terms are violated, misuse is detected, or legal/security risks require action.
  • You may stop using the service at any time.
  • Sections that by nature should survive termination remain in effect, including IP, liability limits, and dispute-related clauses.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or that every feature will meet every workflow requirement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, 1022 Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, operational, legal, or compliance changes. Updated terms take effect when posted with a revised date.
